The uppermost floors of the elegant building are home to Searcys|The Gherkin, the highest bar and restaurant in London, where five-star service competes only with unrivalled views across the city and beyond – all of which is available for exclusive hire for weddings, civil partnerships and receptions on Saturdays and Sundays for up to 100 guests for ceremonies and 260 for standing receptions.

And now brides and grooms are being invited to experience the incredible venue from within at The Gherkin’s inaugural wedding showcase on Sunday 19 February.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet the Searcys wedding team, tour the 39th floor fine dining restaurant and ceremony area, sample a taster menu prepared by the venue’s award winning chefs and meet trusted suppliers before enjoying a glass of Laurent Perrier champagne under the Gherkin’s glass dome while soaking up the 360-degree panorama.

The showcase takes place on Sunday 19 February between 12:00 and 16:00. It is free to attend but guests must be registered as places are limited.
